About Mike

Hi, I’m Mike. Feel free to message me about my one-to-one meditation lessons or Corporate Meditation Workshops.


Meditation has made me a bit less stressed, more focused, and a touch happier. I want to share these potential benefits with you. And to show you that meditation may benefit your mental wellbeing and career goals. I’m accredited by the British School of Meditation (BSoM, Distinction), have personally meditated for several thousand hours, and have attended a variety of silent meditation retreats all over the world. I've run hundreds of meditation sessions with my clients, and my guided meditations have over a million listens on various platforms. I've taught mindfulness to the UK Houses of Parliament, ST Joseph's Hospice in London, financial firms (including Ethic), start-ups (Mojo, Cuvva, Clearscore), among many others.


I also continue to work as an independent economist, for both the research arm of ‘The Economist’ magazine and Fitch Solutions. By combining years of corporate and meditation experience, I attempt to make my Corporate Meditation Workshops accessible for your staff. And aim give them tools to improve their own mental wellbeing. Meditation is beneficial for most, but for those with pre-existing mental health conditions, I'd recommend consulting a mental health professional prior to practicing or deciding to engage in one-to-one lessons.
