Im so glad you are here. I am an empathetic, creative, registered psychotherapist in the UK. With 4 years of clinical experience in a domestic abuse setting and over 10 years of experience working therapeutically and creatively with young people with a range of disabilities and behavioural needs.

I have experience in helping young people and adults with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem, and confidence.

I have been trained Integratively which means although I have a person centred core approach. I can tailor your therapy to whatever you need including CBT , Psychodynamic and Creative therapies.

You deserves to be heard without judgment with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
