I provide EMDR and Art psychotherapy to help unlock feelings, aid communication, build understanding and promote healing from trauma. I am experienced and trained in recent trauma, groups (GTEP), children and adolescents, the flash / blink technique, Attachment Informed EMDR, Intergenerational EMDR and run supervision groups as an accredited consultant with EMDR UK and EMDR Europe. My background is in Art Psychotherapy and attachment based work, providing services for individuals, groups and organisations: adults, children and adolescents. I'm an HCPC, BAAT, EMDR UK and EMDR Europe approved therapist and IGA (Institute of Group Analysis) qualified group supervisor.
