About Constance

​Constance transitioned from journalist to therapist after three years of working in the city. She understands the impact stress and anxiety can have on the body and mind and the life-changing benefits of therapy.

Constance adapts her practice to every client's needs, incorporating different techniques including, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, autogenic training techniques, creative therapy, and ecotherapy. Constance worked for the NHS through the pandemic and has experience working with short-term (a minimum of 6 sessions) and long-term (open-ended) therapy with people from all cultural backgrounds.

She has worked in-depth with panic attacks, generalised anxiety disorder, low self-esteem, stress, depression, guilt, shame, existential crises, identity and suicidal thoughts, life transitions, and anger. She also has experience working with trauma, PTSD, fertility, dissociative disorders, relationships and sex, physical and emotional abuse, self-harm, eating disorders, bereavement, OCD, addiction, loneliness, and a range of other issues.


Constance has worked with multi-disciplinary teams, helping high-risk clients, collaborating with GPs, teachers, pastoral care, social services, and physiatrists.


As well as working with adults of all ages Constance has worked in-depth with young adults, adolescents and children in an educational setting.
