Dr Sandhya Eappen

Dr Sandhya Eappen is a Consultant Psychiatrist specialising in adult ADHD. At Augmentive, she provides private assessments, diagnoses and tailored treatment plans – helping individuals gain clarity, feel understood, and take meaningful steps forward.She brings over eight years of NHS experience, including her current role in the Neurodevelopmental Team at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. Her clinical background also spans perinatal and infant mental health, giving her a broad and sensitive lens on how ADHD presents across different stages of life.

Dr Eappen takes an integrative, evidence-based approach – combining medication, personalised psychological support, and culturally informed care. She is also a trained EMDR therapist, with experience supporting people living with trauma alongside ADHD.
