Dr Eappen is a General Adult Consultant Psychiatrist with experience working with perinatal women and infant mental health, along with a special interest in neurodiversity. At Augmentive, Dr Eappen is specialising in the assessment and treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) for adults.

Alongside her private practice at Augmentive, Dr Eappen has over 8 years of psychiatric experience at the Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust, and now works alongside Dr Khurram Sadiq in the Neurodevelopmental Team at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust.

She practices with an integrative approach to diagnose, and provides treatment combining evidence-based pharmacological remedies, personalised psychological therapies, and culturally adept social support. She is also a trained and registered EMDR therapist.
