My name is Sam and I am a Consultant Chartered Psychologist with over 20 years experience specialising in Adult Mental Health and Wellbeing & Performance. Expertly focused on achieving long term wellbeing and a meaningful life for every individual across personal and professional domains whilst addressing any stressors or underlying mental health difficulties. I work with adults, couples and young people.

I have worked with clients from the Big 4 - PwC, EY, KPMG, Deloitte - and Magic Circle law firms, as well as sports teams including McLaren, Premier League Football, National and International Rugby and National Rowing.

My experience includes Course Director for three MSc Courses (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Child, Adolescent & Family Mental Health); Clinical Team Leader in the NHS; and expertise in CBT, ACT & Mindfulness. 

I am a Consultant Psychologist registered with the Health Care Professional Council and the British Psychological Society.
