I am a fully-qualified counsellor, registered with the BACP. I support clients who are dealing with issues such as anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, addiction and bereavement.

We all experience difficult times in life and can sometimes feel stuck, overwhelmed, numb or lost. It may be that you’re coming to terms with a challenging life event, navigating a time of transition, or generally feeling unsure of the best way forward for you. 

As a person-centred counsellor, my role is to create a safe, supportive space where you have the freedom to talk about how you’re feeling with someone who isn’t a friend or a family member, and reflect on what you want from life.

Rather than telling you what to do, I’ll support you in exploring your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, allowing you to gain more clarity and reach your own conclusions and solutions. The aim is to help you find a way towards greater self-awareness and resilience, and a life that feels more meaningful and purposeful to you.

I have a warm, non-judgmental approach, and clients who range in age and life experience. As well as having my own private practice, I am an Anxiety UK Approved Therapist, a volunteer counsellor with We Are With You and a Bereavement Volunteer with Cruse Bereavement Support.
