Born in South Africa and have lived in London for nearly 40 years.

I was working on a psychology degree when I first came across Hypnotherapy and loved its rapid solution aspect.

Life Coaching followed as a natural extension.

Years later I found myself nervous for a public speaking event and turned to Hypnotherapy for help.

Two sessions later and my nerves were cured!

This led me to qualifying as a Clinical Hypnotherapist by the British Medical Hypnotherapy Board.

It is nothing to do with stage hypnosis - just the opposite - you are always in control

My own experience of this therapy and its quick results is what makes it such a wonderful way to help with relationships, stress, motivation and a myriad of other every day issues – even nail biting.

I also specialise in positive life coaching and motivation.
