My name is Oona and I am a qualified nutritional therapist and yoga teacher. I help people achieve greater balance, whether through improving energy levels, managing stress better or offering guidance on addressing a specific health concern.
With a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medecine, I am a BANT registered practitioner. I can help you address the underlying causes of a health issue, identifying potential nutritional imbalances and assessing how these may be contributing to specific symptoms.
I have a holistic approach and recognise that each person is an individual with unique requirements and consider the whole person – the emotional state as well as the physical. Most importantly, I aim to make sure you feel ‘heard’.
Aside from perhaps having a specific health concern, many people I see feel stressed, anxious or experience low mood. I feel both nutritional therapy and restorative yoga can make a significant difference to your overall quality of life.
