Hello! I'm Natalie (she/her) a counsellor, mindfulness teacher, workshop host and nature connection guide.
Life can be a challenge sometimes, which is why we need support, knowledge and tools to help us - I'm here to share my skills with you if you're struggling with stress, going through a difficult time or are on a personal growth journey.
The work I do is about self awareness, authenticity, compassion and growth. I aim to help people improve their wellbeing in a holistic, realistic and sustainable way so they feel more empowered.
I am trauma informed, an LGBTQ+ ally and anti-racist.

I offer counselling sessions for individuals and couples either online or face to face sessions. I also offer Walk & Talks in local parks and green spaces for those who live locally (Salford/Manchester).
Workshops & Talks
I provide a range of talk, workshops and courses on Mindfulness and mental health topics such as stress & resilience. I have both 'off the peg' and bespoke services available.
I am a trained Shinrin Yoku (forest bathing) practitioner and can help you or your team/group learn about and experience the benefits of being in nature for your health and happiness. Book an online Walkshop or attend an experiential event out in nature.
