About Kasia

I’m the Clinical Director and Founder of Balance Psychotherapy, a small clinic based in Kensington and Ruislip, created to support clients living with neurodiversity, emotional intensity, or trauma.


I meet clients in person and online, offering an initial, non-binding consultation to explore your needs and consider how therapy could help. I usually offer an initial block of eight sessions, with a review and summary at the end. This gives us space to work with focus and direction. If needed, therapy can continue beyond that.


My approach is blended approach that affirm neurodiversity and support authenticity. I draw on EMDR to support trauma recovery, DBT to help with emotional regulation, impulsivity and relationship challenges, EFT for emotional processing, mindfulness-based interventions to improve attention, reduce anxiety and ACT to reduce shame, increase self-compassion, and CBT for time and task management. I aim to offer a calm, thoughtful space where you feel safe to do the work you need.


Between sessions, you’ll have access to guided resources recorded by me and available through the clinic’s app. These tools are there to support your progress in daily life—but always at your own pace.


Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you. You’re not expected to fit into a method. Together, we’ll find what works.



More about me:

I'm a seasoned psychotherapist with 20 years of experience in mental health and over a decade as a psychotherapist. I have worked with the London Boroughs of Ealing and Hillingdon for seven years, and with organizations such as the London School of Economics, Marriage Care, and Tavistock Relationships. Currently, I lead a small clinic, offering compassionate, evidence-based therapy for both adults and young people.


With a strong academic background (two master of science in psychotherapy), I am able to tailor therapy to each individual, blending approaches such as

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) best for trauma

EFT (Emotion Focussed Therapy) best for emotional processing

DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy) for emotional regulation, impulsivity, relationship challenges

ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) best for shame, motivation, identity and self-compassion

Psychodynamic therapy for chronic shame, trauma, rejection sensitivity

CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) best for executive disfunction, negative self-talk, planning difficulties


I’ve spent half my life in Kraków and half in London, so I deeply understand both the challenges and the beauty of transition, identity, and international living (with all its quirks).
