Hello! You've made that first scary step towards change, reach out and I will support you further along that road. I can't say that the counselling process is going to be easy, but I can promise you that I will be here with you. I have gained experience working with a variety of clients, people come to me for support in their depression, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, family issues, domestic abuse and everything in between. No matter who you are or what you're going through, I will offer you a judgement free, warm and safe space to be yourself.

I provide an empathic and safe space to explore your feelings without feeling judged. In my heart I'm Person Centred counsellor but if I feel we need to I also like to bring in other parts of my training, such as Solution focused therapy and CBT. Through talking, you will have the opportunity to reflect & process your feelings and thoughts at your own pace.
