I can help you to get a better understanding of what is going on, what’s working for you and what isn’t and come up with an idea of how we can move things forward with a personalised therapy plan.
I specialise in helping adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, stress and burnout. I also help people with relationship difficulties, exploring patterns that may be repeating and helping to build healthier, more fulfilling relationships. I draw on a range of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, EMDR, ACT, CFT, and attachment theory.
I appreciate that it’s not always easy to ask for help, so my priority is to create a trusting therapeutic relationship, where you feel comfortable to speak freely.
