I'm a highly experienced MBACP Psychotherapist working online and in London. In my practice, you’ll find a safe, comforting space where you can ask difficult questions; somewhere you can be vulnerable, free from shame and judgment. I help people manage and overcome challenges and traumas throughout their life. I specialise in working with people on their relationships, life transitions and guiding people out of their thought cycle and into a more grounded, trusting, and regulated state.
