About The Elements Project

We are Five Element acupuncturists trained by fertility expert, Gerad Kite. We currently run The Elements Project in central London where we have extensive experience helping restore and maintain physical, mental and emotional balance to stressed out Londoners.


As practitioners we work collaboratively with patients, adopting a supportive yet empowering approach. Five Element Acupuncture trusts in the body's innate ability to heal, so we won't claim to fix you but to gently guide your body back to its natural rhythms and state. Patients report feeling lighter, calmer, less reactive, more self aware and confident to go out & live their lives authentically.


Whilst we operate a general practice and treat an ever expanding number of symptoms, we have a particular interest in anxiety, trauma, depression, unexplained and/or chronic pain, women's health and existential angst. We look forward to working with you!
