Welcome to my page! I am a qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor specialising in exercise for fat loss and pre and postnatal exercise and nutrition. My aim is to help my clients make positive changes to their lifestyle in order to achieve their goals. I am a huge advocate of intuitive movement and nutrition and understand the importance of listening to our bodies and knowing when to push forward and when to slow down. I don't believe that you need to cut out all of the good things in life to achieve your goals, believing instead in creating healthy and sustainable daily habits in order to maintain a happy and healthy lifestyle. My approach is gentle but firm and in each session I aim to ensure that my clients push themselves out of their comfort zone, leading to great results and a general feeling of positivity and wellbeing.
I have been part of the fitness industry for 6 years, currently working with Joe Wicks AKA The Body Coach where I support his online client base whilst running my Personal Training business alongside.
