As a Person-centred counsellor, I work towards facilitating the space where we can explore all aspects of your being in an accepting and unconditional way, I sometimes see it as a pocket of time and space carved out in an otherwise busy and consuming life. I do focus on the integration of the cognitive, emotional and bodily experiencing, however, the way we are going to work together will be greatly influenced by your personal needs and your therapy goals.
Also, I place a huge focus on working with emotions experientially using the Emotion-focused (EFT) approach to psychotherapy. It is a powerful way to connect your brain with your heart and work towards making shifts and changes in the way you experience yourself, people and the world around you.
