About Dr Simmi

Dr Simmi Sachdeva-Mohan is a Consultant Psychiatrist with over 25 years of experience delivering specialist mental health care. At Augmentive, she focuses on the assessment and treatment of adult ADHD and autism, offering expert, culturally sensitive care that recognises the full context of each individual’s experience.She also works with a range of co-occurring conditions, including bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, PTSD and postpartum depression – always tailoring treatment to the unique needs, background and story of the person in front of her.

Dr Sachdeva-Mohan brings extensive NHS experience, including work in perinatal psychiatry, high secure women’s services and with mentally ill offenders. She is dual-trained in both Eastern and Western medical systems and is particularly experienced in working with Black and ethnic minority groups, immigrants and asylum seekers.


She holds an FRCP, and certifications in ADHD assessment, DBT and dual diagnosis. A passionate advocate for education and clinical improvement, she has mentored medical students, contributed to national training programmes, and published in peer-reviewed journals.

With every assessment, Dr Sachdeva-Mohan creates a safe, validating space where patients feel seen, understood and ready to take action.
