Dr Punita Sharma

Dr Punita Sharma is a Fellow of the Royal College of Psychiatrists with over 20 years of experience in psychiatry, including 13 years as a Consultant Psychiatrist. She has worked across multiple areas of psychiatry, bringing a broad and compassionate perspective to her practice.

Alongside her private work, she has extensive experience within the NHS, leading service improvement and co-production projects that place service users at the centre of care. Dr Sharma is also an elected member of the London Division Executive Committee at the Royal College of Psychiatrists and contributes to the MRCPsych examination as part of the Standard Setting Panel.

At Augmentive, Dr Sharma provides comprehensive ADHD assessments for adults, drawing on her broad clinical background to deliver thoughtful, evidence-based care. Her approach is grounded in collaboration, empathy and a genuine commitment to helping individuals better understand themselves and thrive.
