About Dr Josep
Dr Josep Vilanova is a Consultant Psychiatrist with over 25 years of experience across the NHS and private sector. He has extensive expertise in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of mental health conditions, including ADHD, Autism, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders and schizophrenia. His special interests lie in developmental disorders such as ADHD and Autism, as well as mood and anxiety disorders.
During his NHS career, Dr Vilanova held senior leadership positions including Medical Lead for a Community Mental Health Team and Associate Clinical Director at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. He has also served as Medical Director at a private psychiatric hospital, lectured at the University of Leicester and delivered talks on psychiatric topics locally and internationally.
