I believe Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Thai bodywork are transformative tools for healing and strength.
My in-person and online offerings are built around the principles of yoga psychology; bringing in the power of personal intention and breath to foster transformation and inner peace. I specialise in yoga for anxiety, stress, burnout and chronic fatigue; yoga for self-confidence and personal power; yoga for pregnancy and post-partum; yoga for functional mobility and strength; yoga nidra sleep meditation; and Thai yoga massage.
I see yoga and healing bodywork as part of physical, mental and emotional health maintenance that facilitates healing and a deeper connection to oneself. Whether you see me for yoga, Thai bodywork or Yogassage (mixing yoga and massage) you will always have my undivided attention.
My intention is to inspire and support you; to help instil positive and sustainable shifts in your health and wellbeing, to connect you to the practice of yoga, the poses, their mechanics, safe alignment and a deep connection to the energetics of the practice.
