I work with my clients to process difficult feelings, to foster a better understanding of themselves and their circumstances. I can help you to reflect on your experiences, so that you can discover what leading an authentic life looks like for you.

I encourage my clients to access their inner resources, identifying their core values to offer hope and direction for their future. I work collaboratively with individuals, promoting behavioural transformation through exploring emotional or relationship difficulties, assessing thought-life and analysing past/current events and behaviours. My therapeutic practice also includes coaching for individuals who wish to develop practical resources for better self-management and leadership.
