You may want to meet regularly to gain self-understanding and useful skills which you can take with you into life, helping you to recover and steer towards your goals.
I have a wealth of experience helping those struggling with overwhelming life circumstances to move forward stronger. I have worked within corporates, SPLD education (child and adult), the public and third sectors, balancing raising a family with a vocation to see others recover life. I have a particular interest in working with adults with neurodiversity and with trauma.
