I see my role as supporting people to find clarity and calm, develop healthier relationships (with yourself and others), and deal better with the challenges life throws at us.

Central to my work is supporting clients to gain perspective and clarity so you can make informed, mindful choices about the life you want to live. I am an LGBTQ+ affirmative (with specific training in working with gender, sexuality and relationship diversity), sex and fat positive therapist.

I firmly believe that you write your own life story. But it can feel hard to face things alone or make sense of the challenges life can present. It gives me such joy working with people who want to dig in — to do the work to create positive, lasting changes in their lives.

I am a fully qualified BACP therapist and counsellor also in Advanced Training in Psychotherapy towards UKCP accreditation.

I undergo regular training to support my practice.
