I an not a therapist who sits silently nodding from time to time. I clarify and ask questions. I also respect that it might not be easy to talk about problems, that is why my first task is to help you feel totally at ease.
I am not a theory based academic therapist, therapy is a co-creative work, it is a therapeutic relationship. I have had 6 years of therapy training but many years of relationship experience.
