I am a fully qualified Humanistic Integrative counsellor, born and raised in London to West African parents, offering short or long term therapy.

I am a registered member of The British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and I adhere to their ethical code of practice and confidentiality.

I specialise in depression and anxiety and have extensive experience with self worth and addictions. Understanding what a client needs from our relationship is my goal. I focus on offering a consistent, reliable and warm space to speak about your current and past challenges. I believe that our early childhood relationships hold keys to how we navigate the world.

If you are feeling unsure, having bouts of self-doubt or dealing with anxiety, depression or addictions I specialise in these areas and have extensive experience supporting individuals to work through these challenges. I believe in the power of talking, the power of being heard and the power of being believed. Speaking freely about what is on your mind is an important part of the way I work.
