About Me

I am a qualified, registered psychotherapist and online counsellor. I have over 15 years experience in adult mental health and wellbeing. My expertise includes working with anxiety, depression, stress, imposter syndrome, emotional regulation, loss and adjustment and relationships.

My experience

I have worked in the NHS supporting patients in recovery and also individuals accessing GP-level talking therapies. This has given me an understanding of wellbeing, resilience and recovery.

My work higher education has included supporting undergraduate/postgraduate students PHD students. I worked with various issues to include working with transitions, imposter syndrome, perfectionism, motivation, goal-setting, aspirations and success.

I have extensive work supporting individuals through work-based healthcare schemes and have worked cross-culturally and globally.
