My mission is to help individuals reclaim freedom around food and make peace with their bodies while moving away from the diet mentality, guilt around food and body shame.

I’m a health at every size (HAES)-aligned clinician who embraces an evidence-based, non-judgmental and individualised approach to restoring one’s relationship with food, body and mind.

I specialise in intuitive eating, disordered eating, emotional eating and binge eating. I also offer general nutrition consultations for those striving to improve their health in a balanced and sustainable way.
