I am a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor with many years of experience working in the field of mental health and emotional well-being. As an integrative psychotherapist, my approach is to individually assess and agree specific client needs, then provide support using appropriate techniques such counselling, CBT, hypnotherapy or mindfulness.
I passionately believe that this is an effective and sustainable way forward in dealing with psychological disturbances and emotions such as depression, stress, anxiety, anger, hurt and many more unhealthy emotions. I work on both a short term and open-ended basis.
I am an accredited member of The National Counselling Society (NCS), National Hypnotherapy Society (NHS), a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Mindfulness practitioner.
I have worked at many London hospitals and in various education sectors.
The length of therapy (number of sessions) is dependent on a variety of factors, so I tend to maintain a flexible approach to therapy duration. I usually see clients on a 1:1 basis for 50 minutes to an hour-long session with an aim to provide a discreet and compassionate solution focused service.
