I have lots of experience of working with adults, children and young people, supporting with a variety of presenting issues including anxiety, low mood, self harm, bereavement, family breakdown as well as trauma. I also work with a charity who support young people (aged 5-18), who have experienced sexual harm.

I work pluralistically using different modalities based on client need, including psychodynamic, humanistic, cognitive behavioural theories and Transactional Analysis. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation of growth and everyone is capable of reaching their full potential.

I am able to support with a variety of issues including, self esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and bereavement. I am passionate about mental health and offer a non-judgemental, safe space with structured time to explore emotions.

I am a member of BACP (British Association for counselling and psychotherapy) and NCS (National Counselling Society) working to their ethical standards.
