About Ali

Living our lives is not always an easy process. Sometimes we can feel unprepared and unsure how to deal with what life throws our way. Talking to someone in these times of transition and uncertainty can be an invaluable resource.

I am a qualified, BACP registered integrative psychotherapist with 15+ years of experience. I offer online and in person sessions to individuals (18+) on a short-term or long-term basis. Using a dynamic toolbox of modalities helps me to create a safe and contained, relational space for you.

I have worked with a diverse range of clients and issues, including those related to anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, self confidence, anger, identity, sexuality and loss. Areas of specialisation include life transitions (career, relationships, parenthood, feeling stuck), maternal health & wellbeing (infertility, ante/post-natal, pregnancy) and spirituality (searching for purpose/meaning, authenticity, connection).

I bring curiosity and dedication to the process of therapy and aim to provide you with a warm, authentic relationship where you have the space to express yourself, to make discoveries, to grow and lead your fullest life. I also have a particular interest in creativity and nature-based therapy.

You don't have to go through difficult times alone. Your mental health & wellbeing matter. Get in touch today & find out how I can support you.

** A new offering for Autumn 2023 is Walk & Talk therapy, for one-to-one sessions based in the outdoors in Greater London.
