About Alexandra

Hello I am Alexandra - I am a Counselling Hypnotherapist with full Professional Indemnity Insurance provided by Protectivity. I have completed 8000 hours of one to one counselling hypnotherapy. With Hypnotherapy I can help you access your subconscious mind to promote positive change by boosting feelings of confidence and self-belief while reducing feelings of fear and intense worry. Fear and anxiety can create blocks and hold us back from finding clarity in order that we can make positive changes. A lack of self-belief can create a barrier to change. I can help you overcome these feelings of anxiety and bring about the changes you want.

With Hypnotherapy I can help clients overcome these mental or physical blocks by reframing negative thought patterns in order to achieve realistic expectations. Invasive thoughts can lead to a downward negative spiral. Hypnosis uses the power of suggestion and trance like states in order to access the deepest levels of the mind and so bring about positive change.
