Adrian Rodgers

Hi, I'm Adrian. Thanks for taking at interest in me! I am based in Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire, UK. I also work face to face with clients in South Manchester, as well as online via video call. I qualified as a counsellor in 2007 so benefit from 15 years of professional work experience.

I specialise in what's called 'Solution Focused Therapy' - which simply means that I work with my clients to:

* Identify 'what's going on right now?'

* Explore 'how have we got here?'

* Explore realistic, achievable options for change

* Construct coping strategies for your preferred future

I also have a sense of humour - whilst therapy is undoubtedly 'work' and can be challenging, we are allowed to laugh sometimes too!
