Hello. I am a Hypnotherapist, using a Solution Focused approach. This means I help people focus on what works, looking forward more than back, and appreciating strengths and possibilities. I work with adults and children from aged 8. I am also a community wellbeing activist and lead volunteer with the Wave Project, a surf therapy charity. My professional background is in organisational change, management and youth development.
