I am an integrative therapist. That means that I use the different types of therapy that I have trained in, based on your needs and wishes. For me, it’s all about our relationship in the therapy room and what you hope to get out of it. This is your life, your journey. I would feel honoured to travel alongside you and discover with you. My approach is based on confidentiality, acceptance and individuality, in a warm and safe environment.
I work with people from all walks of life and with varying concerns or worries. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, feeling sad, relationship issues or low self-esteem, to name a few. I also specialise in sleep-related issues such as insomnia or sleep-induced anxieties. I offer sleep-training for adults, called CBT-i (more details available on my website www.insomniahealing.com).
You can email or call me to discuss what you are looking for in therapy and we can see whether you like what you hear. We would set up 1 initial session, just to see whether you think it fits. After that, we can see whether you would like to continue with short, medium or long-term therapy. It’s up to you.
