Hello and welcome to this space. I am Victoria, an Integrative Counsellor.  I support people suffering from fear, anxiety & overwhelming worry, feeling not good enough, or stuck with no purpose or meaning, generally sad, confused, low mood that can't be shaken off, health issues, low self-esteem, as well as emotional distress & pain. I specialise in Grief Counselling working with complicated & disenfranchised grief. I particularly work with pregnancy loss. I am also an NHS Oncology Counsellor and so I can support those who have a Cancer diagnosis, anyone caring for someone with Cancer or those who may be bereaved due to Cancer.  

Often people look at us but don't see, they listen but don't hear. We can feel invisible & so alone.  I see & hear the unique individual that you are.

I provide a compassionate presence, listening & validating your story & emotions, giving you time & space to explore your feelings. I can support you to gain more clarity on your issues, process difficult emotions, have a different perspective, make sense of what is happening, find solutions, feel more confident, gain a sense of purpose & meaning to life. Being an Integrative Counsellor means that I can use different models of counselling to help support you, however, my core foundation way of working is person centred.
