I am a qualified BACP Accredited counsellor and psychotherapist, specialized in Relationship therapy and Interpersonal Therapy Solutions, currently running my private practice.
I am also an Accredited IPT UK Interpersonal Therapist for Depression.

I believe therapy is the pathway to a better self awareness and better relationship outcomes. I have always been interested in the analysis of human relationships as I have always believed that relationships are in the core of human psychology, I have decided to specialize in Relationship Therapy and as a result of that, I have had a vast experience of working with couples and individuals on different relationship issues.

I like a quote from Carl Jung that represents for me in one sentence how therapy helps people, the quote is: 'Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life, and you will call it fate'. I believe therapy can help us change our behavioural patterns and the quality of our life by guiding us on how to bring our unconscious beliefs, narratives and experiences into the open and then take the responsibility to slowly shifting them within the guidance and encouragement of the secure therapeutic relationship.
