I am a Personal Growth & Career Coach and I mainly work with midlife professionals who are seeking a happier, more fulling life.


I moved into Coaching after 30 years working within Human Resources and Executive Search. During this time supporting individuals at points of growth, development, and transition it was rarely the surface level “what’s going on” that was the real issue, it was the “what’s really going on”. This is where feelings and emotions have a massive part to play and the stories that we tell ourselves about our career and our abilities.


My career and life, like many others, has not been straight forward. After the birth of my daughter, I development arthritis and was unable to work for a few years before having a hip replacement. My expectation of what life should be like changed completely. After this, I had a brief career detour and qualified as a Lecturer at a local collage. I experienced first-hand the aspirations and desires of young people entering the workforce and those looking to retrain later in life.


As a result, I bring insight, wisdom, perspective, and expertise from all sides of career development, the practical and the emotional, and an understanding of how organisations work.


After training as a Career Coach and Counsellor, I chose to study for an MSc in Integrative Counselling and Coaching Accredited by British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.  This course is unique and the only postgraduate course in the UK that offers integration of counselling and coaching practices. This enables me to work in the muddy ground between the past and the present, where the greatest insights and growth occur. This self-awareness creates the foundation for moving forward.

 

I take a whole person, empathetic, approach, understanding that one size does not fit all.

  • Licensed Career Coach and Counsellor – Award Winning Training Program, Accredited by the Association of Coaching.
  • MSc in Integrative Counselling and Coaching at UEL, (2019 -2023) accredited by BACP
  • Certificate in Education - London Metropolitan University
  • BA Hons Business Studies
  • Hogan Certification – Personality Tools HPI, HDS & MVPI
