Tamara is the Founder and Director of Keystone Coaching. She’s a qualified Positive Psychology Consultant, Coach, Mentor, Trainer and Teacher, with an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, and over 14 years’ experience mentoring and coaching.

She’s passionate about transformational coaching, supporting her clients to explore values, strengths and identity, to rebuild their self-esteem, courage, optimism and wellbeing. This empowers them to create healthy boundaries, feel happier and more in control of their life and career, and to truly thrive.

Her clients are often experiencing worries, negative thoughts or feel stuck, and Tamara creates a warm, safe, welcoming space in which they can explore and reprogram their self-beliefs, transform their mindset and create peace.

Tamara’s approach is person-centred, nurturing and authentic; helping her clients develop self-awareness, increase self-acceptance and create a meaningful life that’s more aligned with their values. Her calm positivity and enthusiasm are infectious, and people often describe feeling energised and motivated after their sessions with her.

As well as providing individual and group coaching for adults, as a qualified teacher, Tamara also supports the mental health and wellbeing of young people, offering youth coaching programs to those between the ages of 8 and 18.
