How I Work?

I take a very holistic approach, looking at all aspects of your life in order to decipher where needs to be nourished. I focus on habit transformation and goal setting and dig deep into beliefs and identity which we set in stone from the ages between 0-2! Each session has a unique focus, tailored to your needs and some sessions will include visualisations, meditations or body shaking.

Watching my clients go from feeling insecure, unconfident and fearful of their body to oozing confidence, owning themselves and falling in love with who they are, is something I will never forget. This journey is transformative in so many ways, and has a knock on effect not only on yourself, but your career, your relationships and your life going forward.
