About Suzette

I am an integrative psychotherapist, drawing upon different theoretical approaches appropriate for your unique needs. You will find me caring and committed, seeking to help you find answers so as to experience growth after adversity. I have a wealth of experience in bereavement and loss but also specialise in anxiety and relationship difficulties.


You will be given support as you think through the problems you are facing, to enable you to move forward. Discovering new approaches can positively impact the way you live and respond to events. It is very much about you finding different ways of thinking and living.


I can help you begin to make sense of dramatic changes that have happened to you. Even if life didn't turn out the way you wanted, you can learn to adjust to unexpected painful events. I will offer you a safe space, where you will be heard without judgement.


The counselling sessions can take place face to face at my practice in West London, online or telephone.

  • Registered Member MBACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy(BACP))
  • Bsc in Psychology Hons (University College London)
