Dr Suriti Govindji

Dr Suriti Govindji is a Consultant Psychiatrist who is registered with the GMC and the Royal College of Psychiatrists. She recently joined Augmentive having worked clinically for 13 years, most recently at Camden and Islington NHS Mental Health Trust. Dr Govindji specialises in assessing and treating a variety of mental health issues, which include: Depression, anxiety, stress related issues, bipolar affective disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, psychosis, trauma and personality disorders.

Dr Govindji will carry out a detailed 60 minute assessment with a view to understanding your difficulties, thinking together about the best treatment options for you. Her comprehensive approach will take into consideration the use of medication, talking therapies, lifestyle factors and other additional supportive activities. 

Dr Govindji trained to be a doctor at King’s College London and went on to do her psychiatric training across London. Her approach is empathic and thorough. She is keen to support those who struggle with their mental and emotional health, understanding that mental wellbeing is the basis for a happy, purposeful and productive life.
