Perhaps you are struggling with a particular difficulty or relationship or are feeling low, anxious, overwhelmed, or lost. Life can throw the unexpected challenge our way and we can feel powerless in overcoming or accepting a change or transition. Facing up to these struggles can feel daunting and asking for support can be a difficult first step.

I offer a friendly, warm, and relaxed encounter that allows for self-exploration, growth and recovery. My approach is a non-judgemental one in which my clients feel heard. It is not often that we are free to tell our story, be validated and reflect authentically on our experience. My aim it to understand what it is like to be you in this world.

I strongly believe that as humans, we are developed and shaped in relationship, and it is in relationship that we are healed. I work in an integrative way and my approach is collaborative and at a pace that suits the client, meaning that difficulties and challenges can be explored in safety.

I offer both time-limited and open-ended work, often suggesting we begin with an assessment session for us to meet and obtain an idea of how we may work together and thereafter agreeing on a way forward.  I also offer a free introductory 15 minute video call so I can address any initial questions you may have.

In addition to working with adult clients, I have a keen interest in difficulties affecting young adults and adolescents.
