I'm a qualified hypnotherapist and pluralistic counsellor.

I offer an free 20 minute initial assessment which is either done by telephone or video link.

I offer f2f sessions in the comfort of your own home, remote sessions using zoom, teams or whatsapp and walk and talk therapy

I have worked within many social care and mental health settings which gives me a good insight into many different conditions.

My aim in life has always been to help people to live as much of a fulfilled life as they can.

Along with being qualified I have been through many of life's difficulties and feel that this makes me more empathetic towards others problem.

Along with having my own practise I also volunteer for a local charity and work for a nation wide suicide charity.

I am always studying to find other ways to help people move forward in life

Sessions cost around £45 for a 50 minute session, this will be discussed at the initial assessment.
