If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward, I want you to know this: change is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone. My mission is to help you break free from self-defeating patterns, overcome emotional roadblocks, and create a life that feels not just manageable, but also fulfilling.

I bring a holistic, solution-focused approach to therapy, blending science-backed methods with deep personal insight. With a Level 5 qualification in Pluralistic Psychotherapy, I integrate CBT, Psychoanalysis, and Person-Centered Therapy to create a truly tailored experience for every client. I am also a Certified Hypnotherapist, Neurodivergent Coach, and Recovery Coach, specialising in helping individuals break free from psychological addictions, self-sabotaging behaviours, and limiting beliefs.


I believe that many of the struggles we face, whether in relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, or addiction - are rooted in unresolved past experiences, identity conflicts, and unmet emotional needs. My role is to help you rewrite your story, reclaim your power, and build a life that aligns with your true self.
