I am a qualified counsellor to Level 5 in Pluralistic psychotherapy (which means I can offer a range of modalities from CBT to Psychoanalysis). I am also a qualified Hypnotherapist and a Life & Recovery Coach where I help my clients overcome a range of psychological addictions, behaviours and support and encourage ways to move forward in life - becoming 'unstuck'. I believe that many of our limiting beliefs about ourselves tend to derive from the relationship we have with ourselves, our past and where we feel we 'should' be now. I am here to show that YOU can create positive change and your life can be a content one.
