About Sara

I am an enthusiastic Transactional Analysis therapist, experienced in working remotely and face-to-face. I am a member of UKATA, EATA, and a registered MBACP member.

I am genuinely interested in supporting and offering a safe and confidential space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, whether you are going through a difficult time, struggling to find meaning or just needing to be heard. I am particularly interested, although not exclusively, in working with clients experiencing anxiety and depression, dissociative disorders, self–harming patterns, PTSD and trauma.


I offer limited spaces at a concessional rate, intended for students and those on a low income. Please do get in touch for more details.
