About Rose

Rose Bonham Carter, (she/her) is a certified sexological bodyworker, somatic sex coach , EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) facilitator and energy worker.


Blending 9 years of body-oriented and tantric studies, with her experience as an in-house EFT & Reiki practitioner at Lifespace Healing in Notting Hill, Rose’s gift is in helping others to enjoy their relationship with their body supporting them to create deep, embodied and lasting transformation.


Rose holds a safe and gentle space for each client to unravel the guilt, shame and conditioning around their sexuality, understand the physiological effects of past trauma and scarring, reclaim their innate bodily wisdom and live a more pleasure-filled life.

Based in London, Rose works from her studio space in Soho, London and online via Zoom or Facetime.
