About Robbie

I'm a duel registered nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition (AfN) and the BDA's Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register (SENR). I completed my bachelor's degree in sport and exercise science from Brighton in 2011, and after a few years wandering the globe unsure of what to do, I returned to London in 2015 and completed my MSc in Nutrition in 2017.

I've spent the past five years specialising in weight loss and type-2 diabetes. My career has taken me from a health coach working in the national diabetes prevention programme to now being a guest lecturer and content developer for leading universities across the country. I've developed modules and delivered lectures on behavioural science, nutrition, and sports nutrition.

Alongside my passion for supporting people to lose weight and reduce their risk of chronic diseases, I'm also a bit of a sports geek. I am highly passionate about nutrition for sports performance. I currently work with a few sponsored ultra-runners alongside my day job.

Robbie's Testimonials

  • "'I decided to consult with a nutritionist after having issues with fatigue and low levels of motivation. After a thorough subjective assessment, he provided me with some simple recipes to experiment with alongside weekly habits to focus on, this was supplemented with the latest high-quality evidence-based tips and tricks. I have been implementing these strategies for the last 6 months and have noticed a massive difference in comfort, energy levels, and sports performance.'"

    Jack, Physiotherapist, Vancouver, Canada

  • "'I started to suffer from slight fatigue and dizzy spells. A check at the GP’s revealed I had high cholesterol and blood sugar levels. I sought Robbie’s advice as I wanted to avoid medication.  Three months on, a follow-up test at the GP’s has shown that my cholesterol and blood sugar levels have dropped to normal and I have managed to avoid taking statins etc. The biggest lesson I have learned from Robbie is that it is a permanent lifestyle change.""
