I am dual qualified as an Accredited Psychotherapist and Registered Mental Health Nurse. Alongside my private practice I am also the Clinical Lead of Counselling and Wellbeing for the University of Glasgow.

My particular specialist areas of interest are:

• Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
• Sleep Related Difficulties
• ADHD/ADD - pre and post diagnosis psychological therapy and support for change

My approach is informed by a truly Bio-Psycho-Social Approach, understanding that our health and wellbeing is intrinsically linked to our past, present and future. I understand that our problems reach into each area of our life, and must be met there.

I work with individuals to understand themself and their problems better, and seek to effectively overcome these challenges in order to live a healthier and happier life. I use modern and evidence based treatment approach to ensure you get the very best help you can.
