Patrick Lyttle

I take a psychodynamic approach to my client work exploring present problems in the context of life history and past experiences. As a practitioner I help clients learn and change so that they can improve the quality of their own lives and the lives of those around them. 

I have over 15 years experience of working in organisational settings and private practice with adults and hold NCPS senior accreditation. I completed my training at Kings College London and the University of Oxford.
